Being a smaller Residential Property Management Company, with a high quality rental portfolio, and having all managed properties located close to our central office in Belmont Heights, we can be a little choosey about who becomes a renter in one of our Long Beach apartment properties. We like to provide a higher quality product and service – at competitive rental rates. Once our prospective tenants view our Available Units, they often come back to our office to say “your apartment units are much nicer than what we have viewed elsewhere.” That’s because we spend more money to improve each vacant unit, every time it becomes available.
Because we concentrate on quality over quantity in all aspects of our operation, we expect to attract higher quality, longer term tenants. If you consider yourself as such, we will make every effort to earn your business and keep you as a satisfied tenant. As a consequence of our tighter tenant qualifying procedures, you can be more assured that once you move into one of our units, your neighboring tenants have also met our standards. When we mistakenly move in an irresponsible and/or inconsiderate tenant, we take the appropriate action to remove the tenant(s), so that we can continue to provide our good tenants with a relatively quiet, peaceful, and wonderful place to call ‘home’.
